In your HR Dept, analyze the changes you have noticed for the last five years.
As an HR Manager, what changes do you think should be implemented to increase the productivity of your department?
The COO, on the other hand, is more of a directive leader style who focuses on results-oriented goals with measurable outcomes. His leadership style involves setting clear expectations with tight deadlines while providing resources needed achieve them; this often comes paired with frequent monitoring/follow up sessions ensuring progress being made regularly – thus allowing him stay abreast any potential issues before they become major problems.
Over the last five years, I have noticed some positive changes within our HR department due leadership styles outlined above; these include improved morale amongst staff members thanks better communication/recognition policies while also seeing more efficiency greater overall productivity given stricter timelines set by COO (in addition extra resources allocated towards projects decreasing turnaround times substantially). That said there are still areas where improvements can made further like streamlining recruitment processes so job candidates receive offer letters quicker which would lead increased job satisfaction when people know exactly how long it take start potentially new roles quickly without waiting too long unnecessarily.
