Evaluation of Personal Mental Wellness Strategies
Evaluate your own personal mental wellness strategies by responding to the following prompts:
• Review your initial self-assessment scores from the first part of this project. Complete those two questionnaires again now and compare your results. Note that you do not need to submit your actual scores. Did your scores change, or did they stay about the same? If your scores did change, describe the direction of change and what you feel may be contributing to the changes.
• Comment on your use of a balance metaphor. More specifically, comment on how much you referred to your chosen balance metaphor throughout the term. Was your use of the balance metaphor helpful? Why or why not?
• Review your two Progress Reports; what conclusions can you make about the mental wellness strategies that you evaluated this term?
• Did you continue to use any of mental wellness strategies after your submitted your second Progress Report? If so, which ones did you continue to use, and why did you continue to use them? If not, what contributed to your decision to not continue using mental wellness strategies?
