Evidence Based Practice

      The staff educator for your unit is encouraging staff members to attend a one-day workshop on evidence-based practice. A limited number of staff will be paid to attend. One of your RN colleagues who has not attended any nursing educational workshops for years says, “No way - sounds too much like school to me.
