Obtain the following information about a local health care organization, excluding acute-care hospitals (that also means hospital systems) or an agency where you are or have worked or volunteered in the past.

Description of the types of clients served by the agency (e.g., senior citizens over age 55 years)
Source of funding; Do clients pay for the services? Does any third-party reimbursement (insurance) cover the services? Are there limits to the amount of services covered by the payor? Does the agency get funding outside of client fees and reimbursement (e.g. donations) or support from a parent organization?
Is the agency licensed? If yes, name the regulations with which the agency must comply
Is the agency accredited? If yes, name the organization and the standards with which this organization must comply.
