Famous female victim or offender

    Select a famous female victim or offender (Examples might include Laci Peterson, Latoyia Figueroa, Natalee Holloway, Chandra Levy - victim; Eileen Wuornos, Frances Newton, Clara Harris, Karla Faye Tucker -offender) and apply one of the theories/issues discussed in the text or in the materials section of the course to the female victim or offender selected. The paper will analyze some case that students have researched. This may be a case that was presented in the reading materials. The student will be expected to present the argument and support it with evidence. Evidence from articles in academic journals, newspapers, magazines, videos, news reports, etc. should be used. The paper will be evaluated for its writing and content. These cases are expected to be scholarly presentations. Students should submit a 5-7 page paper summarizing their efforts.
