Select an accounting standard (IAS, IFRS or other) for which your company is required to provide additional disclosure to support their financial statements.
Discuss how the selected standard supports the faithful representation of your company’s financial performance and protects stakeholders.
Suggested word count: 500 words.
• Requirement 2
With the support of your company’s most recent published financial statements, undertake a CORE (context, overview, ratio, evaluation) review. To allow
opportunity for workings, comparison and informed comment in the ratio element, you are advised to select one key area of focus (profitability, liquidity,
efficiency, investment).
Suggested word count: 1,500 words.
