Perform the following tasks:

Step 1 - Pick the top hazard from your project and build a process-based system for the operator who allowed your Hazard Walk-Through.

Step 2 - Write a 2-page APA formatted paper including title and reference pages answering end of chapter 8 questions. Provide and outline you envision for the hazard you have selected. Include all the Qualities of Process definitions in Chapter 8.
