Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (Lenin)’s Address on the Agrarian Program of Socialization (April Theses) is one of his most famous works which served as a major influence on both the Russian Revolution and subsequent Communist thought worldwide. This address was delivered to a meeting of Bolsheviks upon Lenin’s return from exile in Switzerland and declared his commitment to bring about “all power to the soviets” through an agrarian program of socialization.
