Take your Calendar Based Curriculum Map for a content area and selected early childhood-aged group (birth through age 8) which you developed for Assignment #2 and design a High Quality Understanding By Design unit. Select this unit from one of the units you have identified on your curriculum map. This unit should be a three to four week unit focused on a topic/skills taught during the year in the content and age group chosen. You will need to use the Wiggins & McTighe UbD Template & Sample for Unit Design to help guide your work (attached).
