Imagine you are hired for a company as the HR Director. The CEO tells you that the company has grown in size and you s/he needs more people, in
particular and Chief Information Officer and a two Administrative Office Clerks- You ask if there are any hiring policies and/or hiring strategies in
place, but the CEO states the hopes are you will create a hiring strategy because the two people he told to create the strategy argue all the time-
The two people happen to be HR clerks, so now you understand why you are hired too, right?
