- Why should Amazon build more warehouses as it grows? Why can it not rely on third parties like it used to?
- How does Amazon’s strategy add value to the e-commerce process and your experience?
- List and evaluate the major uncertainties (high risk, high impact etc.) that Amazon faces in it’s supply chain design decision?
