You are an organizational consultant hired to improve the performance of a real work organization that you are personally familiar with (for those with no work experience, interview a relative, friend, or classmate to get the information you need). An organization can be a public or private enterprise, public or non-profit agency, located anywhere in the world. For a large organization, focus on one of its divisions (for example, a department, division, or outlet).
First, briefly describe the purpose of the organization, mission, org. culture and specific job responsibilities of its members (recommended 3-4 pages for this section).
Second, describe 2-3 major issues within the organization related to midwifery. For each problem, discuss behavioral symptoms such as absenteeism and underlying causes/reasons such as lack of motivation (suggest 6-9 pages for this section).
Finally, offer specific, specific solutions to address the symptoms and causes of problems in order to improve the performance and productivity of the organization. Diagnosis of problems and solutions should be based on the concepts and theories connected with organizational behaviour management. (recommended 5-8 pages for this section). You are encouraged, but not required, to use external sources and/or websites to substantiate and support your position.
