Describe how you will implement and evaluate these changes and take appropriate action The scenario is: its a 60 bed facility the PCASs/Residential Services Assistants prepare food, serve food, do the laundry for all 60 residents, and clean the residents rooms, toilets common areas etc. There is access to outside contractors who clean the carpets, curtains,​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ windows and high cleaning i.e. they remove cobwebs from the ceilings etc. There are 4 kitchens, 4 RSA’s on duty 7 days a week for a total of 10 hours per person. We have trialled only having 2 working kitchens so that a staff member can concentrate on cleaning but this only added extra stress and pressure to the staff. the facility needs an extra cleaner that we have been told cannot be added to the budget. Reference style is APA7. there needs to be a bench mark audit i.e. what is the risk, microorganisms, how is the chain broken What interventions may be implemented to fix the problem what gaps are identified. some gaps identified are, rooms are not always cleaned appropriately, what further action is needed.
