International human rights UN Charter and Declaration of human right
Look at the UN Declaration of Human Rights and the UN charter as a foundation for your paper. You can then ask the question whether human rights have actually been respected worldwide. It would be a good idea to specifically examine a few cases of human rights violations and what action (if any) the international community took to address them. Towards the end of the paper be sure to offer any suggestions you might have on how to improve the International response to Human rights violations.
