b.  Discuss what you have learned about the way you listen.
c.  Discuss what you learned about how your listening levels affect your relationships.

6.  Explain how your communication style applies the laws of conversation to create cycles of value or cycles of waste in your relationships and your life.
7.  Explain how you will use your new communication tools to decrease cycles of waste or increase cycles of value.

Introduction

In the Interprofessional Leadership and Communication course, I have gained valuable insights into various aspects of working styles, communication, and leadership in healthcare. This reflection paper aims to explore my experiences during the course, focusing on three key areas: working style, communication, and personal growth. By analyzing my strengths, challenges, communication patterns, and learning experiences, I will demonstrate how this course has enhanced my understanding of interprofessional communication and leadership in healthcare.

Part One: Working Style

My personal 5 Dynamics report revealed that my working style is predominantly characterized by an “Abundant” level of intensity for the “Explore” energy, an “Effortless” level for the “Excite” energy, a “Deliberate” level for the “Examine” energy, and a “Reserve” level for the “Execute” energy in the success/satisfaction cycle.

Reflecting on my working style results, I have identified two strengths: a natural curiosity to explore new ideas and a genuine enthusiasm to excite others about those ideas.
