Discuss the role (in other words, describe what it is that this judge does during the course of the work of fiction) this judge plays in the work of fiction you have selected. Using at least three examples from your text or our lectures as a reference, describe how closely the characterization of this fictional judge (or of the judicial process generally as it is portrayed in this work of fiction) conforms to what you understand to be the actual requirements or constraints faced by judges (or the judicial process itself) in the real world.
Your submission must be 7-9 pages in length, double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, with normal margins.
