Taking on the role of the hospital CEO, review the presentations provided by at least two of your peers. Evaluate the social issues that influenced the choice of project. Does the initiative match the mission and vision of the facility? Does the presentation effectively defend the project in terms of financial impact on the facility? Will the project meet regulatory needs? Is the cost of the project worth the financial risk? Why, or why not?
