Choose an organization in which you have personal knowledge or involvement. Identify a problem for a real work organizational issue that requires a need for change that is oriented toward the future. This might be a change that was already introduced to the work group or organization, or it could be a change you would like to introduce to the work group or organization. Once you identify the problem or opportunity, critically develop a change that you would implement. Ideally, you should choose an organization and topic for which you would have an opportunity to lead the initiative, but this is not a requirement.
