You should be able to identify strategies (a mix of actions) to maximize the benefits provided by diversity in teams. The strategies ideally should be complex and provide multiple alternatives that balance strengths and weaknesses that the various actions would present.

Part 5: Monitoring Your Action Plan (1 page – 20 pts)

For each goal indicate observable changes in behavior that would indicate progress toward your goal. What do you see as small milestones or wins toward your goal?

How will you measure success?

How will you keep the improvement going?

How will you reward yourself for forwarding progress- “approximations” to your goal destination?
