Legislative testimony

  In this assignment you will prepare and deliver testimony on a bill. Please read the materials regarding Kaltura, the bill, and the assignment instructions before beginning this assignment. Assume that the Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee is holding a hearing on the bill. You are a Minnesota resident who is testifying at this hearing. For purposes of this assignment, choose what type of resident you are. For example, you could be a a health care provider, administrator, or a patient - you are not limited to this list. Also, choose your position - do you support the bill or are you opposed to it?
