To foster this environment I believe communication is key; regular feedback should be given both on successes and areas needing improvement so that everyone knows where they stand within the organization. Lastly encouraging growth through personal development opportunities such as job shadowing or attending conferences can help employees stay engaged with their roles while also furthering their skillset which can prove beneficial for the company in the long run as well as them personally.

Ultimately I believe my management philosophy has been shaped by my experience thus far in this class and internship setting; although there have been some bumps here and there overall I feel confident in my ability to lead a successful team into future endeavors thanks largely due again to those experiences combined with my knowledge gleaned from various theories encountered throughout this course so far .
