Sample Solution

When managing conflict on my team, I have several options. First, I could use a collaborative approach to resolve the problem. This would involve getting everyone in the room and having a discussion about why each person is feeling upset or frustrated with the current situation so that we can find common ground and come to an understanding. Second, I could take a more authoritarian stance and dictate what needs to be done without taking everyone’s feelings into consideration. Finally, I could try mediation between the two conflicting parties so they can find a resolution themselves.
