  1. Describe an experience that you had as a member of a work team. (If you have not had this opportunity, describe an experience as a member of a team in school or in other aspects of your life). 2. Did the team follow the same stages of team development as described in the text: forming, storming, norming, performing, (adjourning, if applicable)? 3. Describe the challenges involved in managing a team, and at the same time, managing individuals who are part of that team?
