The organization wants to learn about potential demand for this product by analyzing the data from our survey of customers in order to make informed decisions about pricing, promotion and other aspects of the launch strategy. In determining the sample population, I looked at past customer demographics gathered through existing customer databases in order to find some similarities among those likely interested in such services. These included average age range (25-40), type of business (e-commerce/online stores), location (United States) and income level ($50k-$100k). In addition, I used random sampling techniques such as cross-sectional surveys administered via email or telephone interviews with randomly selected individuals who fit within my identified criteria. This allowed us to get an unbiased representation of potential clients who may be interested in purchasing this product or service when it is released. The sample size was determined based on factors like confidence levels needed (95%) and how much variability we anticipate between different respondents’ answers; given these parameters a total population size of 400 was agreed upon after discussion between myself and stakeholders within the company.
