Include population of the study, which will not be applicable since it’s a qualitative research – sampling procedures – data collection – statistical techniques – hypothesis and analysis – research questions – difficulties it faces, which will be the sensitivity of the topic and its very hard to interview GCC members at GCC emergency center. As well as I could not get any response from the emergency agencies at the GCC states to collect data about their capabilities.
