One of the keys to ministry development is an understanding of leadership development. Upon successful completion of this unit, you will be able to develop a two-part plan for developing ministry leaders, collect resources for leadership development, and evaluate qualified ministry leadership principles.
In Part 2, you will continue developing a plan that reflects awareness of leadership development. This allows the student to develop a core of experiential learning components in this capstone course so that they can acquire or demonstrate leadership principles for ministry.
Part 2 will reflect a leadership development plan. The student will develop a plan based on the following steps:
Step 1: Conduct an interview with at least one local ministry or church leader. Write a summary of the questions and answers from this interview.
Step 2: Craft an outline laying out a biblical foundation of leadership.
