Motivation Letter to Apply Master in Management

          Reason to study Master in Management in TUM: the program provides management knowledge for students with engineering backgrounds, get international environment (never had a chance of international experience before), broaden perspectives (TUM has many international students and professionals from different backgrounds, therefore I will gain various perspectives), TUM environment is suitable to learn about entrepreneurship, digitalisation, innovation-based business, get a view about how to keep today's business up to date The benefit of the master's degree for my career: education needs to fill the knowledge gap between engineering and management, improve business acumen, got a chance to face many study cases that can improve my problem solving related to management, given new opportunities and chance to switch careers related to project management and data-related jobs, Background and job: I had a Chemical Engineering degree and have been working in Oil & Gas Industry, having a job to do project monitoring, calculate projects economics (financial modelling), and do budgeting, (I am doing all of this by self-taught learning, so I need proper education to fill the knowledge gap).
