Describe one of the myths about learning discussed by the authors that has shown to be false by research and how you either teach in a contrary manner or plan to in your teaching. Pick one of the four outstanding teaching strategies given in this article and indicate how you will use it to enhance your teaching efficacy. Describe an excuse that educators may use to avoid teaching based on research findings and provide a strong counter argument.  
To enhance my teaching efficacy I plan on using the strategy of providing frequent feedback to my students. Research has consistently demonstrated the effectiveness of providing regular formative assessments , not only in terms of improving academic performance but also fostering a sense of intrinsic motivation among learners . Therefore by implementing timely feedback into my instruction it will allow me to track student progress throughout course while giving them opportunity address any misconceptions they may have before it too late . Additionally short quizzes or discussion questions also serve helpful gauge collective understanding class allowing me adjust content accordingly if needed. A common excuse many educators use avoid teaching based on research findings is lack adequate resources including both financial budgetary constraints as well access quality materials from sources outside school district .
