At GE, there is an emphasis on developing a shared vision among senior management and empowering team members with their own individual responsibilities while still working together collaboratively towards a common goal. Clear expectations are set out so each person understands what role they play within the organization. Leaders at GE also recognize the importance of allowing employees enough autonomy so they can exercise their creativity towards finding innovative solutions to any given problem or challenge faced by the organization.
Moreover, GE emphasizes building relationships between individuals as well as fostering open communication across all departments in order ensure transparency throughout operations; this helps build trust amongst everyone involved which ultimately results in better cooperation when it comes to meeting goals. Finally, accountability plays a major role at GE where executives expect high performance from every employee regardless of their level or position in the company; this allows them to hold people responsible for delivering quality work on time without fail.
In summary, General Electric’s leadership culture promotes selflessness, collaborative teamwork, continual learning/development opportunities for employees as well as clear expectations laid out from top down management with an emphasis placed upon developing trusting relationships between individuals both internally within teams but also externally outside vendors/partners etc.. It’s important that everyone involved feels heard while enjoying adequate autonomy when possible since allowing such freedom encourages creative thinking that may otherwise go unnoticed due lack thereof.. Overall however it is still expected that each member holds themselves accountable through delivery of high quality work both timely manner ensuring projects reach completion successfully thus furthering accelerating growth overall thereby achieving long-term organizational sustainability & success moving forward into future endeavors alike
