Clear expectations are set out so each person understands what role they play within the organization. Leaders at GE also recognize the importance of allowing employees enough autonomy so they can exercise their creativity towards finding innovative solutions to any given problem or challenge faced by the organization. Moreover, GE emphasizes building relationships between individuals as well as fostering open communication across all departments in order ensure transparency throughout operations; this helps build trust amongst everyone involved which ultimately results in better cooperation when it comes to meeting goals.
