With so many types of agencies and professions represented in this program, there is no one structural model for the assignment format. Rather, choose the format (traditional academic essay, formal report, memo etc.) that is the best fit for your current profession. Identify 2-3 significant changes within this municipality that have occurred in the past 5, 10, maybe even 20 years. Has this municipality experienced significant economic, housing, demographic, transportation and/or political changes? Has this municipality experienced defining moments like natural disasters or large-scale/notable criminal events? Have the primary concerns of the public changed over time? Present reliable evidence to explore the changes that you identified.
