I​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​dentify a position within the field of criminal justice. You are to research this position and identify all areas that should be assessed in a performance evaluation. You will need to identify all of the categories and subcategories for assessment. Make sure that you provide a short description of each of the areas that you would include in the evaluation process. Further, you must identify a numeric or statement of performance. Example: Rating 1 – 5 (with one the lowest and five the highest) or Poor, Fair, Good…etc. Once you have the concept, you w​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ill then develop your own performance evaluation which must include the heading (all the things to identify the employee to be evaluated), each category and sub-category (on the side) along with rating section along the top.
