Preliminary Personal Learning

is a reflective paper written in the first person (using "I" statements). Start by rereading your Preliminary Personal Learning Profile and your learning journal entries. Highlight key statements and look for emerging themes or trends. Then, based on your reflection on your journey through this course, you are to address the following questions in your paper: 1. Now that the course is nearly complete describe your identity as a learner. • Has it changed since your Preliminary Personal Learning Profile? Why? • What new insights have you gained (or old insights reaffirmed) from this course? Include direct reference to your learning journal, plus the Sakai module content and/or online discussions. • What is your definition of "success" for your studies? How will you know you have achieved it? What will "success" look like, feel like, or be like once you have achieved it? 2. Consider your strengths as a lifelong learner: • What are your strengths as a learner? • How have you used these in this course in other settings?
