Establish a project you would like to complete and establish a prioritized backlog and setup releases. This project should be related to your current job and a project that would provide great benefit if done agile. This will be based off your own project, not the team project.
The proposal should include the following sections:
Title of the project
List of stakeholders
Training or preparation need in the company to do this agile
A detailed list of user stories
How you will leverage APM to help this process.
