Professional Experiential Learning

    As a professional and one training to be a leader, you will have the opportunity to participate in a professional experiential learning event. This experience involves attending a professional nursing organization meeting ~ either in person or virtually/digitally. The goal is to get you to explore some professional organizations, look at what they are talking about, and getting a glimpse at the process by attending a meeting. This would include something like a PROFESSIONAL NURSING MEETING hosted by one of the following organizations: AACN, CCRN, TNCC, Florida Board of Nursing ~ That type of thing. This meeting can be attended in person or online (If you choose to go to a virtual meeting ~ please make sure it is no older than 90 days, and please make sure to include a working URL). Assignment: Select a meeting and then please discuss/share what you learned from the meeting you attended. Please include your observations of the meeting, decisions from the meeting, and implications it could have within the scope of application. Address whether or not you feel this organization is impacting the target population. You'll have the opportunity to share your experience with your peers.
