In order to facilitate the development of your semester project (the literature review), this worksheet (see attached file) should be completed and a proposed topic/title for your literature review should be noted on the bottom. Once you have done so, please upload the completed document.

As a word document, please upload a thorough outline of your literature review. This should include an introduction explaining the purpose of your literature review, each of the major sections of your paper, and a conclusion summarizing the contents. Essentially the outline serves as an organizational tool for you and can allow me to check on your progress and ensure that you are on the right track. View attached Outlining files.

Write the paper. See attached rubric. A literature review is a critical summary of what the scientific literature says about your specific topic or question. Often student research in APA fields falls into this category. Your professor might ask you to write this kind of paper to demonstrate your familiarity with work in the field pertinent to the research you hope to conduct.
