Reacher on realism
How realism work and facts about it
Realism also stands in contrast to idealism, which states that all knowledge is ultimately rooted in our minds rather than an external source such as physical objects or events. Unlike idealists who think reality only exists within the mind, realists accept physical objects as real and existing independently from us. They assert that we have access to these objects through some kind of empirical sense-based experiences (e.g., sight, smell etc.).
In terms of its practical application in everyday life, realism is often applied to science including physics where it's used to explain phenomena like gravity; psychology where theorists attempt understand why people do what they do based on their environment; politics when evaluating foreign policy options based other nations’ interests; economics when analyzing market conditions for optimal outcomes etc...
To sum up realism insists on factuality at forefront anything else while remaining wary personal bias which might cloud judgment leading wrong conclusions regarding something were trying prove/understand thereby creating inaccurate descriptions concerning reality itself. Therefore this philosophical school advocates staying honest at all times no matter how uncomfortable situation may seem whilst maintaining open dialogue between conflicting parties whenever possible order achieve desired results through mutual understanding without resorting deceitful measures
