Martin Luther King’s Nobel Lecture (Chapter 6): Questions that might guide your Viewpoint contributions: What are some of the major concerns expressed by King about American society and the world? What are his views about non-violence? What are some of the relevant literary sources does he cite, and why? In what ways would Martin Luther King be a textbook case as an example of Maslow’s concept of self-realization (especially, think of the concept of transcendence in the diagram before Maslow’s article)?
