In a two-page paper, discuss possible targets for domestic terrorism in your community. These can be
structures, facilities, or events that take place in the community. Apply concepts covered in our textbook. Your
final paper (due in Unit VII) will build on the information you prepare for this assignment. Explain how nonweapons technology could be used for destructive means in your community. Discuss the philosophical
differences between religious, nationalist, and left/right wing terrorist organizations in your community.
Please do not say there is no potential threat in your community because you live in a small or rural
community. Remember, no one thinks something will happen in their community until it actually does. It can
happen anywhere, so think carefully about the potential targets in your community.
