John started a Social Enterprise in Sports, Coaching Person with Disability from age 10 to 18 years Old, In 2015. Some of the sports Coach John coaches was Soccer, Basketball and Batminton. He also Coaches teens with Disabilities age 15-21year old in Martial Arts like Muay thai and Ju Jitsu.
In 2016 John Join a competition called Philips Yeo Initiative and won a grant worth $20,000, the money is to be used for the growth of the business.
Along the way, Coach john has open up Sports academy around Singapore at 5 Different Locations. He also hired 2 Certified Coaches and 7 Instructors to coach under his Academy.
Coach John has also hired a Marketing Team to help Market his classes at the most professional way.
In 2019 a new Grant of $20,000 is available, this competition Is called Phillips Yeo Innovation Fellows Programme.
