Assignment Instructions: Business process modeling
Construct Swim lane (BP) Model for your own selected Business Process. You are to identify a potential problem within it and use 7 S model of process improvement to analyze and substantiate your proposed for process improvement.
Note: I work within a business which has 3 business lines and they are as following:
1. General trading in food industry (Distributors with a warehouse and we target class c and d supermarkets to distribute dry food to)
2. Real estate
3. Events and exhibition organization and planner.
Writer: Please choose one of the three business lines to do the case study on. = Swimlane or cross functional and identify a problem with it and use the 7 s model of process improvement to analyze and substantiate the proposed for process improvement.
