In fact, at no time in the last century has interest in employee mental health and wellness programs been so important, not just for employees as individuals, but also in relation to the lens through which we, as employees, see ourselves, along with our families, friends, and co-workers. For this assignment, you are tasked with researching what changes employers are making to their employee benefit plan policies and programs to call attention to the need for employees to be proactive rather than reactive in relation to mental health and wellness issues. In order to be successful with this assignment, you must answer the following questions. 1.
