Stress management techniques

        Discuss a few of the stress management techniques that you have utilized in your life. Which have worked well for you and which ones have not worked well at all.    
Another technique I use is meditation. When feeling overwhelmed or stressed out, I like to take some time for myself and practice mindfulness meditation. This involves focusing on my breath and letting go of any negative thoughts or emotions that come up while being mindful of the present moment. It has helped me become more aware of how I am feeling in any given moment so that when those feelings become too intense, I can take steps to address them before they snowball into something unmanageable. A third technique I use is journaling. Writing down my thoughts provides an outlet for pent-up emotions, helping me sort through difficult situations and gain perspective about whatever situation may be causing anxiety or stress in the first place . Additionally , if there are specific decisions need made dealing certain issues writing out pros cons then reviewing each after taking break helpful making sure make decision based off logical thought process rather than simply going with what feels right gut . Finally suggestion others would encourage give yourself permission step away from problem whether its taking short walk around block night’s sleep allowing mind rest recharge thus can tackle issue refreshed better equipped succeed this always worked well me personally .

One of the stress management techniques I have used in my life is exercise. Exercise has been shown to be an effective way to manage stress because it helps release endorphins which can boost your mood and help you relax. Additionally, I find that exercising also gives me a sense of accomplishment and serves as a distraction from my worries, allowing me to focus on something positive instead.
