When you are ready to get your survey approved by your instructor, submit your survey below.
Your instructor needs to approve your survey before you can distribute it to collect data. Your instructor will provide feedback, and you may need to resubmit
your survey until it is approved. You will need to collect your own data to complete your Week 7 and Week 8 assignments.
For your survey:
Provide an introduction and/or description for the survey at the beginning of the survey
Include the following under survey comments page:
Include the main research question
What question is measuring the dependent variable
What question is measuring the main independent variable
