Research and design an on-line directory of ‘food alternatives’. This directory should include local (Sydney) , national and global examples of people growing, producing, retailing, cooking and eating food in ways different to mainstream culture, ways which are ethical and sustainable. The directory must include 10 entries. List them, and under each listing provide a brief description of each entry. Some, but not all, entries can be virtual i.e. websites. The idea is that this could be a useful resource for people wanting to become more ethical and sustainable in their food consumption.
