Scenario
You are part of the management team of a new part 121 scheduled carrier. Your carrier is a small carrier with only 2 fixed wing airplanes and will start up operations to two destination airports. In order to gain an Air Carrier Operating Certificate you will need to file a set of Operations Specifications that identify to the FAA the particular regulations that your operation must comply with to ensure the highest degree of safety and explain to the FAA Inspector exactly how you will comply with those regulations.

- Identify the airplane (s) you intend to operate (I CHOOSE AIRBUS330)
- Use the attached CHECKLIST FOR OPERATIONS SPECIFICATIONS to identify 10 specific elements that must be included in a set of Operations Specification covering your proposed operations. These will form the subheadings for the content of your document.
- You will identify 10 elements as follows; I CHOOSE THE FOLLOWING
Section A – 3 elements. (A055,A056,A395)
Section B – 2 elements (B029,B032)
Section C – 2 elements (C076,C070)
Section D – 2 elements (D075,D074)
Section E – 1 element (E096)
Research the FAA regulations that pertain to these elements, identify their intent (your interpretation) and note the key points - Explain specifically how your operation will comply with the key points identified in 4 above.
