The Evaluation Process
Assess why there are still low levels of interest and commitment towards resolving the needs of the education sector
Evaluate if there are any reasons attributed to the low commitment and if these are attributed to a lack of a good understanding of the proper procedures, especially due to a deficiency of abilities and skills
Determine if the policy procedures regarding the implementation of the sector's requirements in all contexts have been clearly communicated
Find out if there exist any underlying causal environmental aspects that result in a lackluster attitude in making the necessary adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of the sector Service Level
Determine if there are any reasons interfering with the provision of effective learning, especially if these problems are occurring at the curriculum development level
Evaluate whether the right management skills have been utilized with regard to enabling shorter but more effective times for the design and implementation of all the required strategies and procedures in the provision of comprehensive learning
Determine if the providers are adequately trained by assessing if the time given for the training is sufficient
Analyze if the relevant service providers are acquainted with the fundamentals of good computer skills Assess if the existing curriculum is consistent with satisfying the stipulated performance goals, such as generating well-rounded learners Learner Satisfaction
Determine if the learners are well-acquainted with the existing school curriculum and if they are facing any problems with the program
Assess whether there is any platform provided to the learners with regard to discussing the problems they are facing with the learning program
