As I sit here, reflecting on my current state, it becomes evident that stress has taken a toll on both my body and mind. The signs and symptoms I experience are not only physical but also deeply ingrained in my emotional and psychological well-being. This psychosocial experience has had a profound impact on various aspects of my life.
Physically, I find myself constantly fatigued and lacking energy. The weight of stress seems to weigh me down, making even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming. Headaches have become a daily occurrence, leaving me with a constant throbbing sensation that further exacerbates the mental strain.
