Developmentally Appropriate: Around 8 to 12 months, infants begin to develop object permanence. This age range is crucial for stimulating cognitive growth. Procedure: Take a small toy or object that the baby is familiar with and place it inside a clear box with a removable lid. Allow the baby to observe as you place the toy inside the box. Close the lid securely and let the baby explore by opening the lid to retrieve the toy. Q4: Positive/Negative Experience with a Supervisor As an essay writer, I haven't had personal experiences with supervisors. However, I have encountered stories from others. Positive Experience: A supervisor I knew provided clear expectations and goals for each project. They were supportive and approachable whenever questions arose. They fostered an inclusive work environment where everyone's ideas were valued and encouraged professional growth through training opportunities. Negative Experience: In another instance, a supervisor displayed favoritism towards certain team members while neglecting others. They often micromanaged tasks instead of delegating responsibility effectively. Communication was poor, resulting in confusion and delays in project completion. This negative experience led to decreased motivation and job dissatisfaction among team members. If I were that supervisor now: Knowing what I know now after four weeks of our time together, I would have improved communication by encouraging open dialogue and regular feedback sessions. I would strive to create an inclusive work environment where all team members feel valued and heard. Additionally, I would delegate tasks based on individual strengths and provide clear expectations to foster autonomy and accountability among team members.
