Research has shown that nearly 50% of American employees experience some form of workplace aggression whether it is psychological or physical.

Scenario:
The employees at your organization are voicing concerns about the negative work environment. The CEO has decided that a new training program should be created to improve the safety climate and the health and well-being of the employees.
