Theme for 9th Grade ELA I am the student who sits in the back, The one with dreams that are ready to crack. Born and raised in a small town of hope, Where the fields stretch wide and the dreams elope. I am the one who loves to read, With books as my escape, my deepest need. From Tolkien's tales to Austen's wit, I travel through pages, bit by bit. I am the writer who spills ink on the page, Crafting stories and poems, a creative sage. Words become my brush, my artistry, Expressing my thoughts with authenticity. I am the dreamer with stars in my eyes, Imagining success that reaches the skies. Ambitions as vast as the endless sea, Fueling my desire to be all I can be. I am the listener, the empathetic ear, Absorbing stories that others hold dear. From diverse voices, I learn and grow, Understanding perspectives I didn't know. I am the explorer of cultures and lands, Seeking knowledge from different strands. From history's lessons to current affairs, I strive to be aware and show that I care. I am the individual made of many parts, Shaped by experiences that touch my heart. My identity is a mosaic, ever evolving, Each piece contributing, always revolving. So, dear teacher, let me show you who I am, In this journey of learning, hand in hand. Together we'll explore, we'll question, we'll grow, In 9th Grade ELA, a world we'll come to know.
